ConSol activities

ConSol developed the Central Valley Energy Tune-up program, which was funded by PG&E’s local government energy efficiency programs. It provides services not included in traditional California energy efficiency programs as a way to improve the regional economy through reducing costs for energy. ConSol serves as the sole Program Manager, providing commercial energy audits and analysis to businesses in the Fresno area and over 1,000 residential energy audits per month in eight counties (Fresno, Kings, Kern, Tulare, Madera, Stanislaus, Merced and San Joaquin), making it the largest residential audit program in the Western United States.

Why ConSol?

For decades, ConSol has been trusted by federal, state and local  government entities to develop and implement programs that support skills training,  job creation, clean energy and efficiency, code compliance, and market transformation in the building industry.

Our program management spans from technical training for builders and developers to quality assurance and quality control audits that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and building codes. We have also played a pivotal role in orchestrating industry stakeholders to research, analyze, and enable the development of zero net energy (ZNE) and zero net carbon (ZNC) communities.
